Account Setup Page
In this page, you will create an account with envisionBX. Email address must be unique.
Log in Page
envisionBX is not a self service portal, you need to verify first your account and we will let you in.
Link BambooHR Account
Here, we will connect your BambooHR account and you need to have a full admin access in BambooHR.
Link Xero Account
We will then connect your Xero account and you must have at least an Advisor access in Xero.

1. Update the items into your fields manually (Below)

2. Contact Envision Digital Support on support@envisiondigital.atlassian.net and we will automatically set up your items in the backend.
EnvisionBX STP2 Fields and Items to be setup in BambooHR:

Once BambooHR added these fields to your account it will show under the Personal
Tab.
Two things to note about this update:
1. These fields will only be visible to Full Admins and Account Owner by default. If you need other users to see these fields then you can give them access by updating their Access Level settings to include these field
2. These STP2 fields will not wipe out any data that you have in Xero. Even though the source of truth for these fields is in BambooHR and there is no data yet on these fields it will not wipe out any data you have in Xero. Once you put a different data on these STP2 fields that is different on what is in your Xero that is when the system will change your record.

Single Touch Payroll 2 (STP2)
Instructions to BambooHR Support as follows:

Once BambooHR Support (support@bamboohr.com) have set up your fields, you have two options:
1. Update the items into your fields manually (Below)
or
2. Contact Envision Digital Support on support@envisiondigital.atlassian.net and we will automatically set up your items in the backend.
EnvisionBX STP2 Fields and Items to be setup in BambooHR:
1. Income Type
- Closely held payees
- Labourhire
- Nonemployee
- Salary and wages
- Working holiday maker
2. TFN Exemption
- Awaiting TFN
- Pensioner
- TFN not quoted
- Under 18
3. Tax Scale Type
- Actors, variety artists and other entertainers
- Foreign
- Horticulturist or shearer
- Regular
- Senior or pensioner
- Working holiday maker
Once BambooHR added these fields to your account it will show under the Personal Tab.
Two things to note about this update:
1. These fields will only be visible to Full Admins and Account Owner by default. If you need other users to see these fields then you can give them access by updating their Access Level settings to include these field
2. These STP2 fields will not wipe out any data that you have in Xero. Even though the source of truth for these fields is in BambooHR and there is no data yet on these fields it will not wipe out any data you have in Xero. Once you put a different data on these STP2 fields that is different on what is in your Xero that is when the system will change your record.
