Create Account:
This is the first page for create an account in envisionAB, it requires unique email address for each account
Log in:
After registration, to access the portal, Client user can Sign In into the portal.
Connect to ADP:
After successfully signing in, the "Connect to ADP" will be the initial screen. The user can ignore this screen as an ADP representative would have filled up this screen.
Connect to BambooHR:
In order to establish a connection with BambooHR, client will “Connect to BambooHR."
Once BambooHR is successfully connected, user will see following screen.
Upon connecting to BambooHR, a Stripe window will open, offering two payment options: one to add bank details for payment, and the other to make payments by card. Users can choose their preferred payment method accordingly. This one Shows Payment method by adding Bank details:

If the user selects the card payment method, a screen for entering card details and completing the payment transaction will be displayed, ensuring a secure and convenient payment process.

Sync:
The pre-sync will start a check of all employees in BambooHR. This will check and validate and show any errors in the employee data of BambooHR that need correcting in order to sync to ADP.
Manual Sync:
envisionAB allows you to manually synchronize data
Auto Sync:
When you activate the Auto Sync feature, your data will automatically update once every day without needing manual intervention.
Log:
This tab will display any errors that occurred during the synchronization process, providing information about what went wrong and helping users identify and resolve issues with the sync operation.

RPMGlobal, a leading software company in the mining industry, has partnered with Envision Digital®, a company that holds ISO 9001 and 27001 certifications, to develop an automated Connector App that seamlessly integrates BambooHR and Payforce, specifically designed for the Australian market.
The initiative to create this innovative solution was prompted by the recognition that previous attempts at integration were limited to individual companies and lacked the cloud-based capabilities required by RPMGlobal. Thus, RPMGlobal sought the expertise of Envision Digital®, knowing that their certifications and expertise in cloud-based technologies would be instrumental in delivering a comprehensive solution that could accommodate multiple organizations.
